The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act – DSG, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 – TKG 2021).

This privacy policy tells you which data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long.

This website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, with whom a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. When a page is accessed, the following data is processed for technical reasons and stored in server logs:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page or file accessed
• browser type and version
• operating system

This data is used exclusively to deliver the website, to keep it secure and to defend against attacks. It is not combined with other data sources and not used to create user profiles. The logs are overwritten continuously and kept only as long as these purposes require; older entries are deleted automatically.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).

The public pages of this website set no cookies and use no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts, images and all other content are loaded from our own server; no content from other providers is embedded.

Only for the non-public administration area, through which our staff maintain the content of the website, a strictly necessary session cookie is set after signing in (§ 165(3) TKG 2021). Visitors to the website never receive this cookie.

The website links to third-party services, such as Google Maps for directions and, where applicable, delivery services. A connection to the respective provider is only made when you click such a link; from then on, that provider's privacy policy applies.

If you contact us by phone or e-mail, for example to make a reservation, we process your details (e.g. name, phone number, date and number of guests) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for handling your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them, please contact us (see below).

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
